After a session is scheduled with a veterinarian, Users have a choice to cancel.
Cancellation may be made by contacting PetPal’s customer service directly. However, no refunds will be made.
If a session has already been scheduled, but a User fails to attend, PetPal will allow the User to select a different date and time.
For home visits, the User must provide at least 2 days notice for the rescheduled home visit. However, rescheduling will be allowed only a maximum of one time.
Users may make payment for the Service through our payment gateway provider, Xendit. Full payment for the sessions must be made, unless otherwise waived by 917Ventures.
Online consultations and home visits, are not recommended for emergency cases, surgery, orthopedic, and other similar cases. If your pet is in an emergency situation, you should visit a veterinary clinic and/or emergency room immediately.
