Promo Terms & Conditions

Preliminaries

1. UnionBank-issued and -acquired credit cardholders are entitled to earn rebates on transactions at select online stores, subject to terms and conditions.

Promo-specific Mechanics

1. All transactions must be made within the Promo Period to avail of the Promo.
2. The Promo is open to all principal and supplementary UnionBank credit cardholders that receive communication materials about the Promo, whose cards have been issued by UnionBank of the Philippines or issued by any other banking or financial institution and later on acquired by or transferred to UnionBank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Credit Cards”), have available credit limit and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruptions laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.
3. Cardholders can avail of the Promo on https://rebates.unionbankph.com/. How to avail:
1. Visit https://rebates.unionbankph.com/.
2. Select the store you want to shop from.
3. Input 10-digit Rebate ID (sent by UnionBank via email or SMS).
4. You will be redirected to the online store. Make your purchase and use your UnionBank-issued UnionBank-acquired credit card to pay.
4. Once cardholders are redirected to the merchant’s official website, the terms and conditions of the merchants on the purchases shall apply. UnionBank shall serve only as a mode of payment for this program.
5. Qualified cardholders will receive their cashback via their primary UnionBank Credit Card after three (3) billing cycles from the transaction date.
6. To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of purchase to his/her qualified UnionBank Credit Card.
7. Only one (1) qualified UnionBank Credit Card may be used per single-receipt transaction, and only one (1) qualified Card may be accepted per Cardholder. Splitting of transaction is not allowed.
8. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
9. The Promo offer is inclusive of Value Added Tax (“VAT”) and subject to applicable service charges and local taxes unless otherwise specified by partner merchant.
10. The Promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods and services.

Other Disclosures

1. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Customer from the Promo, or suspension or cancellation of the Card privileges at UnionBank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by UnionBank.
2. The Cardholder agrees that the continued use of the UnionBank Issued and UnionBank Acquired Credit Card shall be his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by the provisions of the Bank’s Data Privacy Statement (DPS) found at https://www.unionbankph.com/privacy-security.
3. By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required to the Merchant and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of the Merchant. The general terms and conditions of FindShare and its affiliated merchants apply.
4. Any amendment in the Terms and Conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) approval.
5. In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfilment, UnionBank’s decision with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
