The Promo is open to all UnionBank Credit Cardholders (Visa and Mastercard), principal or supplementary, on active status and with good credit standing.
The Promo period is from November 9, 2023 to November 9, 2024.
Cardholders can enjoy rebates for purchases made at FindShare-affiliated online merchants via www.unionbankph.com/rebates using their UnionBank Credit Card.
UnionBank Credit Cardholders can earn rebates by using their UnionBank Credit Card to pay for their transaction with their unique Rebates ID. The Rebates ID is indicated in the communication materials.
The rebates will be credited to UnionBank Credit Cardholder’s account within 3 months from cardholder’s transaction date.
The rebates shall be reflected in the Cardholder’s statement of account as “rebates.unionbankph.com credit”.
To view transactions and corresponding rebates, cardholders can visit www.unionbankph.com/rebates and click on “View Rebates History”.
Once cardholders are redirected to the merchants’ official website, the terms and conditions of the merchants on the purchases shall apply. UnionBank shall serve only as a mode of payment for this program.
Any dispute concerning the products of the Findshare-affliated online merchants shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and the participating merchant.

Promo offer is inclusive of VAT and subject to applicable service charges and local taxes unless otherwise specified by partner merchant.
The rebates cannot be exchanged for cash.
In case of dispute with respect to Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of date, fulfillment, etc. UnionBank’s decision shall prevail with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior DTI approval.
By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required, to Findshare and its affiliated online merchants and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and security terms of Findshare and its affiliated merchants.
Cardholder agrees that the continued use of the UnionBank Credit Card shall be his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by the provisions of the Bank’s Data Privacy Statement (DPS) found at https://www.unionbankph.com/privacy-security.
