If your train is cancelled or delayed and you choose not to travel, you can claim a full refund on the cost of your ticket.
If your service is delayed but you still decide to travel, you may be entitled to some compensation. The amount is dependent on the transport provider for the service, however, under the National Rail Conditions of Carriage a minimum entitlement is available.
Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
Awarding of cashback or points will be done after the booking or travel activity has been consumed.
Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
