If you purchased your products directly from us via phone, mail or our website and you’re unhappy for any reason, simply return the products, opened or unopened, within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please note, the original shipping fee paid is not refundable.
Shipping and handling fees for returning products bought from us are the responsibility of the buyer.
If a package doesn't get back to us and you haven’t used a tracking method to return it, or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the returns guarantee.
Claims without return of products, damaged or otherwise, will not be refunded.
Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
