If you are unable to stay at the property due to unavoidable circumstances (such as natural disasters, illnesses, accidents, etc.), please contact the property directly.
The property may require proof of such circumstances before waiving any cancellation fees that are incurred.
You can cancel your reservation from the Reservation Confirmation page. We will send you an email notifying you that the cancellation has been confirmed, so please be sure to check it.
If, for any reason, the cancel button does not display on the Reservation Confirmation page, we ask that you contact the property directly and indicate your desire to cancel the reservation.
